On the Road (Without the Journey)

We're down bound to South Carolina.  Our daughter Heather and SIL Brian are celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary (our little girl, *sniff*) and are taking a long weekend away.  We get the best job, staying with grandsons Andrew and Owie. :c)

We've got a bunch a plans of things to do with them and we can't wait.  It is always fun to spend time with them, we wish our two granddaughters were closer, but Oregon is a little far for a weekend.  However, that time will come and we'll have a blast with Taylor and Kierra, too.

Hoping the time will come quickly.  We've had six (or seven) realtors show the house over the last week now, so maybe we'll be getting a bite soon.  We're keeping our fingers crossed that we don't have to institute the dreaded "Plan B".

  1. Sounds like you are off to have FUN! Your daughter is lucky to have grandparents who will come on down so the two of them can get away to celebrate their life together.

Glad to hear you have good traffic. No Plan B. Don't even give thse words life. A contract could happen this week-end. That's what I'm thinkin' :-)

  6. It's nice to see you took the tether off that motorhome. It won't be long and you'll be free to do everything you want. Well, probably not everything you want but a few things. Ask your wife and see what she says. However, glad you get to spend a little time with your grandkids. That's most important! Enjoy them!
