She Still Puts Up With Me

It’s nothing short of a miracle.  Today is our thirty-sixth wedding anniversary.  Despite all the hijinks and wild plans I’ve come up with, Marti still hasn’t smothered me with a pillow and actually is not embarrassed to be seen out in public with me.

I guess I chose wisely.  :cD

And today is another special day.  It’s the first day of school for Andrew and Owie.  Owie doesn’t look too excited now, does he?

    Congratulations! Those sideburns were awesome. Had me some of those, way back when. Whenever we need a good laugh, we haul out some of our old photos. Mine seem to keep everyone in stitches. Not sure if I should be upset or not.
    Hope you have many more years together. Both alive and well, of course.
