We were able to keep up with our Grandsons (8 & 5), not too bad for old fuddy duddies like us. In fact, we even showed them a thing or two.
Who’d have thunk that Marti was such a dead eye with a Buzz Lightyear blaster? Owie was amazed at Marti’s prowess.
We enjoyed the Animal Kingdom and for a change I was able to get some great wildlife pictures.
Here is a bird having a bad hair day.
A flock of birds with one I couldn’t find in my Audubon Bird Book.
They had a great animal show with specially trained animals.
The whole Animal Kingdom is wrapped around this giant tree. If you look closely, you can see it is infested with all kinds of wildlife in its bark.
They even had some animals to compete with city skyscrapers.

We might have to go there to get wildlife pictures! Our Colorado wildlife is comprised of beef cattle and horses so far :( Guess we hang out in the wrong neighborhoods.

ReplyDeleteYou're in our part of the country now. We left in March when the weather was comfortable but I'm sure the heat has gotten pretty intense. Our family doesn't want to hear about how cool it is here in Oregon! Hope the rain lets up while your there.
