Ah, yes. The gift that keeps on giving. We've both picked up a nasty cold from somewhere and we're passing it back and forth.
Good thing we have no plans or agenda to follow. Pardon me while I hack up a lung. Now where is that chicken soup?

Feel better soon and buy gallons of Vicks NyQuil and DayQuil, it was the only thing that helped me!
ReplyDeleteYuck - we both hate getting sick and are germ-a-phobes. Hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteSure hope you're feeling better soon. So far so good for us.

ReplyDeleteHowdy Marti & Paul,
ReplyDeleteVITAMIN C, VITAMIN C, VITAMIN C, VITAMIN C, VITAMIN C
Whether you believe in vitamin therapy or not VITAMIN C WORKS ON COLDS!!! MEGA DOSES!!! Knocks it right out!
Grandkids carry GERMS, especially when not seen regularly(more hugs)!! Better to be sick AFTER the holidays than during!! All we want for y'all is to GET WELL, so you can have FUUUNNN!!!
Don't for get the zinc too. Wash your hands with hot soapy water every time you turn around. If you wash dishes by hand, uses a little purex, if you use a dishwasher, be sure and use the drying cycle.
ReplyDeleteI hope you recover fast! The husband and I are currently suffering from colds/flu too. Not fun.
ReplyDeleteLots of rest, orange juice, and Vitamin C works for us. Feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteTry adding Zinc to the list. We are just coming out of 7 days of the same thing. Hang in there:)
ReplyDeleteTerry had it too but I don't think you can pass it over the internet. Lots of rest and more of that chicken soup should do it. Get better!!
ReplyDeleteHope you're both feeling better soon - lousy way to start the new year.
ReplyDeleteOh I'm so sorry to hear you are both sick. Are these back to school germs passed on to you? You have quite a few health care professionals offering advice so I'll only ask if you've heard about the onion in the jar which turns black since it absorbs all the germs.
ReplyDeleteNo, Sherry, that's a new one on me. I'd love to hear more about it. You're my go-to-guru for natural remedies. ;c)
Deletesorry to hear that the two of you are under the weather!..hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteYou've got some great advice already, so I'll just say hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteToo much kissing going on....
ReplyDeleteYou have my sympathy. I'm under the weather myself. Luckily Ron never seems to catch anything. Hmmm, not ENOUGH kissing, do you think?
