The food was fantastic and there was a very special addition to all the goodies, a fancy cake.
Marti had many of her staff with her enjoying the evening.
And her special friend and co-worker, Karen, Marti's Director of Nursing.
There was a special Christmas tree for Marti with many cards and special "green" decorations.
Those "green" decorations will certainly help move us down the road, we'll convert them to diesel fuel. ;c)
We've completed everything we needed to do, in about an hour I am going to pick Marti up at her office and we're done! It's her turn to be retired. It'll fit us both well. ;c)
Next stop, New Jersey for the weekend. The off to South Dakota. I picked up a snow shovel, just in case. I'm hoping it wards off that white stuff ahead in our travels to Oregon for Christmas.
Thanks for visiting and feel free to leave a comment.

ReplyDeleteExcellent cake! I'm sure that was a bitter-sweet party, but now you're off and running. Hope you don't have any trouble finding open RV parks. Ron is worried about your water lines freezing.
