Christmas Gifts For RVers That Might Cost You Your Two Front Teeth

It's that time of year, shopping for that perfect gift for those you love.  Much patience and thoughtfulness goes into gifts that they'll love.  But what can you get those folks that live in their RVs?  Limited space is a huge issue, so I spent much time researching gifts that fit the mobile RV lifestyle.  Of course, they should be useful as well as fun.

The first item is very useful and will look wonderful on your RV table, the Mooning Gnome Salt and Pepper Shaker set.  Visitors to your RV for be delighted to season their pot luck meal with these classy shakers.

There are some RVers out there on a restricted diet and have to watch their cholesterol levels.  Sadly that means no bacon.  It's hard to have to miss this delicious food from your diet, but it doesn't mean you can't enjoy the aroma.  Just hang this Bacon Air Freshener from your mirror and breathe deeply.

Tell the truth, there are many of you RVers out there that on some occasion have to embrace PDD (Paul Dahl Disorder) and travel many more miles in one day than you normally do.  We find that if we don't stop for meals, we can squeeze in a few dozen extra miles.  So what can you do when you have to push on but are hungry?

Have some Meatball Flavored Chewing Gum.  You can enjoy the taste of a meatball sub while keeping both your hands on the steering wheel.

There are many RV wives out there that wish their husbands would dress nicer instead of in T-shirts.  And those husbands don't want to give up the comfort of a favorite T-shirt.   The solution?  The Tuxedo T-Shirt.  A classy compromise that will satisfy both husband and wife.

For those RV wives that find their RV's a little too cool for comfort, there is the Sock Monkey Pajamas.  Nothing like a little style and function for the demanding woman.

RVers often have so many details to take care of, they resort to checklists to keep track of things and then they lose the list.  The solution?  Give them the Inflatable Extra Brain, so they'll have enough smarts to never make a mistake again.

Black Tank Smells?  Have you run out of chemicals to make your commode smell like a bowl of roses?  Until you can make an emergency run to Camping World for more chemicals, you can warn your visiting guests of potential offensive olfactory attacks with this handy door hanger for the bathroom.

More and more RVs are being constructed with tile flooring.  Of course, coming in from dirty campsites one can track in mud and make the flooring look dingy.  If the RVer is tired of mopping the floor, why not get them these, they can wear them in place of slippers and multi-task with no effort.

A big complaint RVers have is other campers cutting through their campsite while they are sitting outside enjoying nature.  Instead of speaking to the campsite cutters, you can get these Evil Eye Contact Lenses.  Just one look will make the cutters beat a hasty retreat and go the long way around.

This next item is guaranteed to make RV wives rejoice.

So there you have it.  Some wonderful items RVers will love, or if they don't, make sure you duck so you don't lose your two front teeth from the punch they may send your way!

Thanks for visiting and feel free to leave a comment.

  2. I think maybe you have too much time on your hands! Better get out and wax the Journey. :) However, the sock monkey pajamas might be just the thing for my stay in the hospital...

  3. Paul, I have to echo Judy's comment about the amount of time on your hands. At least Marti now has a complete list of your wants.

  4. I can certainly tell you are definitely doing your research. My suggestion would be to not put some of those on your list for Marti. She just might not appreciate them. :~)

  14. Those PJs would have been useful a few nights ago ... I had to make do with my snuggle blanket, but it is so difficult to walk around when I am in it ;-))

  15. Great suggestions I especially like the bacon air freshener since we don't like to fry bacon in the rig.

  22. THis is just great Paul. I'm keeping it for next year. Sadly I've done all my shopping already but there are definitely several things that I will put on Santa's list, mostly for David of course.

What a fun time you must have had finding all of these. Clearly your research skills are going to waste. Brightened up my morning. THANKS!!
